All preparations for the conference are completed. Please take note of the following points.

• The conference has one main session  on the morning of 26 October 2023 morning and three parallel sessions in the afternoon, on the same date.  The links to all the sessions are displayed below.
• Venue for the main session is Small Hall, 2nd Floor, Kenenisa Hotel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Though we collect videos of papers registered to the conference, if authors are connected to the Internet we prefer online presentations instead of playing the recorded videos. So, please be ready for the presentations.
