The 4th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Development for Africa (ICT4DA2022), will take place in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia on 28-30 November 2022. ICT4DA2022 aims to bring together researchers, engineers, developers, and practitioners from the academia and the industry to present and discuss their research work in the area of ICT for Development. This conference seeks to facilitate the transfer of experience, adaptation of methods, and where possible, foster collaboration among different groups.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements

Registration Information
Authors of accepted papers should submit full papers in PDF format in English. The paper should be written in English and prepared following standard A4 IEEE 2-column format. Accepted Full papers are limited in length to Six (6) printed pages including figures, tables, and references. Papers exceeding the page limits will be charged 100 USD per page and a maximum of two pages can be added. The mandatory IEEE template in Microsoft Word and LaTeX format can be found at IEEE templates page.
