IEEE 8th International Conference

Authors of accepted papers should submit full papers in PDF format in English. The paper should be written in English and prepared following standard A4 IEEE 2-column format. Accepted Full papers are limited in length to Six (6) printed pages including figures, tables, and references. Papers exceeding the page limits will be charged 100 USD per page and a maximum of two pages can be added. The mandatory IEEE template in Microsoft Word and LaTeX format can be found at IEEE templates page.  

Your paper will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE, and will be included in the IEEE eXplore after you register for the conference and present your paper. The conference registration fee per attendee. is 100 USD for authors affiliated to local institutions in Ethiopia and 150 USD for others. For each extra paper accepted in the conference by the first or corresponding author, the conference registration fee is 75 USD and 125 USD for authors of local and foreign affiliated institutions, respectively.  The registration fee will cover the IEEE publication fee.

Ethiopian authors have to pay the registration fee in ETB (Ethiopian Birr) based on the currency exchange rate on the payment date via the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia account.

Summary and Additional Remarks on Conference Registration Fee

  • To qualify for a discount, the author must be the first or corresponding author on multiple papers.
    • Ethiopia-affiliated authors: $100 for the first paper, $75 for each additional paper.
    • Authors affiliated abroad: $150 for the first paper, $125 for each additional paper.
  • Registration fees do not cover bank transfer charges.
  • Ethiopia-affiliated authors may pay in either USD or ETB, based on the USD selling exchange rate of banks.
  • A payment invoice can be provided upon request.
  • After making the deposit, please attach the transfer receipt and send it to ict4da@ict4daconf.org and also upload it via registration form below.
